Order Cancellation Policy

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Important Points:

  • Many orders are dispatched quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible.
  • Once processed, any eligible refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after the order is dispatched.
  • Sale / Discounted products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

NO RETURN Policy (Important)

Maysa Collections follows a strict No Return Policy for:

  • Size issues
  • Minor colour variations (due to lighting, camera, or screen brightness)
  • Customer dislikes or personal preference changes
  • Products purchased under discounts, deals, or special offers

We provide complete product details, fabric information, colour description, and size guidance to help customers make informed decisions before purchasing.

Exchange Policy for Damaged or Wrong Products

Although returns are not accepted, we do support exchanges ONLY IF:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a defective item
  • You receive an item different from what you ordered

To qualify for an exchange, you MUST follow the required guidelines below.

Mandatory Full Parcel Opening Video

For any exchange request, customers must provide a clear, unedited, continuous parcel opening video, showing:

  • The parcel being opened for the first time
  • The damaged/defective area clearly visible
  • No cuts, pauses, or editing in the video

This is essential because every product is verified by our quality check team before dispatch.

Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • Exchange must be requested within 2 days of delivery

Important Note:

If customers contact us after 24 hours of delivery, we cannot process the exchange, as courier partners do not accept pickups beyond this time.

Exchange Pickup & Processing Time

  • Pickup is usually arranged within 1–2 business days of approval.
  • After pickup, the product reaches our warehouse within 10–15 days.
  • Quality check takes 1 working day.
  • Once approved, customers can choose another product of equal or higher value.

No Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT issued for any order. Exchange is allowed only for another product, not for money.
