Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale / Discounted items (No return, no exchange)
  • Gift cards
  • Products returned for quality issues, as every item undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch
  • Products with minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings

(Color differences are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.)

Return Policy

We accept returns only in specific cases and under the conditions below:

Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns, the customer must pay one-way shipping charges.
  • We will bear the cost of the return leg.
  • The return shipping charge can be:
    • Deducted from the order amount, or
    • Paid separately online by the customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

  • You receive a defective item
  • You receive a damaged item
  • You receive the wrong product

We can process an exchange only if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory: Full Parcel Opening Video

A clear, continuous, unedited parcel-opening video is required, showing:

  • The parcel being opened for the first time
  • The defect or damage clearly visible in the same video

(This is essential because every product is quality-checked before dispatch.)

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags
  • Accompanied by receipt/proof of purchase

Refunds

Maysa Collections follows a no-refund policy. However, refunds may be issued only under special circumstances, such as:

  • Product out of stock
  • Defective product, verified with proof

Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time: Up to 2 weeks
  • Depending on your bank, the credit may reflect in 1–2 billing cycles.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
